The 6th China (Beijing) International Mining Exhibition and China Mine Construction Achievement Exhibition opened in Beijing at the moment of 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic.
On May 29, 2019, sponsored by China Metallurgical Mining Enterprise Association and China Nonferrous Metals Society, Beijing Hiven Exhibition Co., Ltd. organized the 6th China (Beijing) International Mining Exhibition (CIME2019) and brilliant China - China Mine Construction Achievement Exhibition at the time of 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic will open in Beijing and will close on May 31. The “2019 Sino-foreign Mining Industry Chain Development Forum” will be held in the same period. More than 200 representatives from the domestic and international mining industry attended the opening ceremony.
With the theme of “Take intelligent manufacturing as the new power & Contribute to the high-quality industrial development”, this exhibition aims to accelerate the establishment of a global mining destiny community and further promote communication and cooperation between China and the rest of the world in fields such as mineral exploration, development, investment, trade and mine ecological environment and technical equipment and other aspects, and speed up the exploration of new ways and models at the aspect that innovations drive and revitalize the mining industry. In the meanwhile, it shows the contribution of the mining industry to the development of the motherland and the achievements of mining development in the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China.

Wei Jinglin pointed out that since the reform and opening up 40 years ago, China has become the world's largest producer and consumer of mineral resources, becoming a global mining center and a major mining country, and has an important position and influence in the development of global mineral resources. The new era and the new situation have set higher goals and requirements for mining development, and China's mining industry is undergoing revolutionary changes. The in-depth implementation of Made in China 2025 and the vigorous rise of a new generation of intelligent manufacturing technology have led to the transformation and upgrading of the entire mining industry. The concept of innovation driving and green development has led the mine industry chain to enter a new stage of high quality development. Luo Xianping said in his speech that the current world economy is in a period of deep adjustment, and the price of bulk mineral products is adjusted at a low level. The mining industry is facing enormous challenges and pressures. The timely convening of this exhibition and forum fully reflects the efforts and determination of the mining industry to discuss countermeasures and promote the recovery of the mining industry under the new situation. Western Mining hopes to work together with colleagues to expand the pace of opening up, continuously expand the breadth and depth of cooperation, and make new contributions to the development of China's mining industry.
At the "2019 Sino-foreign Mining Industry Chain Development Forum" held in the same period, Academician Sun Chuanqi, Academician Qiu Guanzhou and Director Guan Fengjun made speeches entitled "Intelligent optimization of manufacturing development strategy for mineral processing", "Resource&Metallurgy Integration" and "Development of Green Mining". There are also 14 experts in the related fields, such as Director Cui Rongguo from the Information Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Minister Li Chaoliang from Angang Group Mining Co., Ltd., Vice President Luo Xianping from Western Mining Group Co., Ltd., and Director Yang Xiaocong from the Mining Engineering Research Institute of Beijing Mining and Metallurgical Group Co., Ltd., who gave speeches respectively on topics such as global mining development, green mines and mine ecological restoration, and intelligent mine construction, and discussed with the participants about the development trend and cooperation between Chinese and foreign mining industries in investment, trade, environmental protection and technological progress prospect.
This year, there are more than 400 companies from more than 50 countries and regions including Angang Mining, China Minmetals, MaSteel Mining, Western Mining, Yuxi Dahongshan, Gansu Jingtieshan, China Enfei, Yutong Group, Siemens and Klüber to come and participate in exhibitions and forums.
